Drivers and
Renters MUST be 25 years old with valid
drivers license. Boaters safety card is required if born after Jan. 1, 1984. |
| Check-In: |
15 minutes prior to reservation time. |
| Reservations: |
Held 30 minutes maximum |
| Cancellations: |
10 day cancellation notice is
needed on reservations of 2 or more days. 48 hr cancellation notice
on 4-9 or 24 hr rentals. To avoid Penalties. |
| Penalties: |
1/2 of rental rate price |
| Deposits: |
$500 held on valid credit card or cash only. |
| Rain Policy: |
If there is forecast for rain; you must make a decision at check-out time as to whether you want to risk the weather or not. If you decide to take the boat out and it begins to rain, there is no refund. |
