Campbell Point Marina rents covered boat slips by the year on Table Rock Lake in Shell Knob, Missouri, near Kimberling City and Branson and within a day’s drive of most of the Midwest. Sizes run from 10′ × 24′ up to 20′ × 60′ and 20′ × 80′ on Pier 7 — covered slips built for houseboats and 60- to 80-foot cruisers. Answers to the questions we hear most often from boaters looking at an annual slip on Table Rock Lake.
We size slips by your boat’s overall length — from the bow to the back of the swim platform or outdrive — rather than the hull length listed by the manufacturer. A 21-foot hull with a 3-foot swim deck, for example, needs a slip sized for 24 feet. Beam matters as well, so if you send us your boat’s length and width, we will confirm the right fit before anything is signed.
Our slip map shows current availability at a glance: slips that are open, slips that are pending an agreement, and slips with a known date coming open. We update it as slips turn over, so it is the quickest way to see what is genuinely available today.
Rates vary by slip size and by whether the slip includes a lift, so we prefer to quote them individually rather than publish a price list. Send us your boat’s make, model and length, and we will come back to you with the sizes that fit and their current rates.
Annual slip leases are our primary offering. You may pay for the year in full, spread the cost over a monthly payment plan, or use our three-installment option, paid across three consecutive months. A service charge applies to the monthly and three-installment plans. For shorter visits, we also offer daily slip reservations at a nightly rate.
Yes — the majority of our slips already include a boat lift, and for a slip that does not, we can arrange to have one installed. Timing depends on where we are in the current installation schedule, so please ask us for an estimate when you inquire and we will give you an accurate answer.
Yes. Three pump-outs a month are included with every slip, and our pump boat comes to you at your slip, so there is no need to move your boat.
Yes. Annual and seasonal slip holders have 24-hour access to the marina bathroom. It is unlocked during store hours and switches to a keypad code after we close, and each slip is given its own code.
Yes — we rent PWC lifts on an annual basis. Availability changes through the season, so please check the slip map or contact us and we will let you know what is open.

We do. If the size you need is not currently open, please join the waitlist and tell us about your boat and the size you are looking for. We will call or text you as soon as one becomes available, and there is no deposit required to hold your place on the list.
In most cases, yes. Slips turn over at renewal time, so if you would prefer a different size or a different location on the dock, please let us know and we will add you to the list for it. Nothing changes until you tell us you are ready.
A signed slip agreement, proof of insurance, and payment. Once we have those three, we can get you into your slip.
