Houseboat & Large Boat Slips
Covered 60- and 80-foot slips on Pier 7, Table Rock Lake.
Pier 7 is Campbell Point Marina’s big-boat pier: fifteen covered slips on Table Rock Lake built for houseboats, motor yachts and cruisers that don’t fit a standard dock. Ten slips measure 20′ × 60′ and five measure 20′ × 80′. The pier sits behind a security gate in Shell Knob, Missouri — a short run from Kimberling City, about an hour from Branson, and within a day’s drive of most of the Midwest.

- Pier 7 slips are on metered service — 30 amp on 701–710 and 50 amp on 711–715 — billed separately from the slip rate.
- Insurance
- Boats in slips larger than 12′ × 32′ need a minimum of $1,000,000 liability coverage, with Campbell Point Marina listed as additional named insured.
- Lease & renewal
- First-year leases run a one-year minimum and renew automatically unless you notify the office in writing 30 days before the renewal date. Pay in full, in three payments, or monthly.
